Study on Problems in Governmental Information Resources Development and Utilization

In this paper,the content,property,and search of governmental information are discussed and the suggestions about how to explore the governmental information resource of our country are put forward on five parts,such as macroscopic regu-lation,policies and statutes,information's publicity,and so on.
