The electronic administration with the application of new modern Internet technique and information technology is a profound reform in the management mode against the traditional one.Administrative decision-making is the core of administrative management,running through the whole process.The environment,conditions,techniques and state of administrative decision-making must change with the application and extension of the electronic administration,which will bring penetrating influence on administrative decision-making.In order to exert the efficiency of electronic administration to the full,we must use it rationally during the real application,intensifying its positive effects and avoiding its negative ones.
