Observation on application value of contrast enhanced ultrasonography in neck lymphadenectasis

Objective To investigate the application value of contrast enhanced ultrasonography in neck lymphadenectasis.Methods The 30 cases with neck lymphadenectasis were received contrast enhanced ultrasonography,and the acoustic image data were analyzed.Results The well-distributed strengthening neck lymphadenectasis in the malignant group were fewer than those in benign group,and the no-well-distributed strengthening neck lymphadenectasis in the malignant group were more than those in benign group,and there were significant difference in them(P0.05).There were no significant difference on strengthen level,beginning increase time,arrivingpeak time and peak strengthin them(P0.05).The time-activity curve shape in the malignant group were different to those in benign group,and there were significant difference in them(P0.05).Conclusions The application value of contrast enhanced ultrasonography in neck lymphadenectasis is obvious.
