The weapon system battle damage assessment is a multi-index, multi-layer evaluation issue,there are many indexes that may influence the damage state of missile equipments,and they also have great uncertainty,there are not any evaluation methods are capable of analyzing complicated factors existing in it.In order to solve it,the weapon system damage assessment index system and level is defined here.On the basis of it,a new method of constructing damage assessment model is introduced and an example is given here which proves the effectiveness of the model.
