Study on Video Monitoring System in Wuhan City from the Perspective of Science and Technology War

Wuhan city video monitoring system which is gradually being built will have a significant impact on future investigation,law and order work.Yet several technical problems exist in the use of city video monitoring system.In Wuhan,the coverage of the city video monitoring system should be up to 100%-covering the crossings,bridges,tunnels and financial units,important public places and other places.Due to time coverage and monitoring problems,it needs the appropriate equipment and technology upgrading almost massive storage capacity.The video monitoring system must have the ability to deal with service failure about stability.Video monitoring system must set strict data installer,log procedures,data sharing and allocation procedures for privacy protection.
