The weighted earliness-tardiness resource-constrained project scheduling problem(WET-RCPSP) widely exists in planning of just-in-time-production and reactive scheduling.Considering the uncertainty and stochastic characteristics of stochastic scheduling, the schedule generation schemes(SGS) which satisfied the characteristic of problem were used. For the problem of weighted earliness-tardiness scheduling in stochastic circumstance,an Iterated Local Search(ILS) heuristic was proposed and applied into reactive scheduling procedure in project control phase. The scheduling sequence modification and the direct processing time intervention were used to design 4 types of local search procedures, and 2 types of perturbation methods were designed to overcome local optimality. The proposed method was validated on some randomly generated problem sets.
