Visualization of vector magnitude based on line integral convolution

Visualization method based on texture can display global information can visualize direction of the vector field.However,the multitude information of the vector is ignored.On the basis of line integral convolution image,this paper introduced multi-frequency noise and added additional information such as vector,gray and color to improve LIC image so as to display multitude of vector field.Thus,line integral convolution image can display both the direction and multitude of vector field.The method has achieved good results through experiments.
