CT Image Segmentation Based on Analyzing CT Image and Clustering Method

Aiming at the characteristic of medical images, this paper puts forward and realizes an algorithm based on statistics to preprocess images firstly and save as bmp. The CT images are preprocessed so that it facilities to the next operations. Secondly, make use of K-means clustering method to extract tissues or regions. The example shows that the method is feasible, and good segmentation results have got.
