Influence of active parts from Rhodobryum roseum on hemodynamics in experimental myocardial ischemia

Objective:To study the effect of EA part and its componets from Rhodobryum roseum on hemodynamics in experimental myocardial ischemia.Methods:Langendorff islated working heart was made to observe the influence of ingredient from Rhodobryum roseum on hemodynamical indexes (LVSP、CF、HR、±dp/dtmax).Results:Rhodobryum roseum could increase LVSP、CF、±dp/dtmax of ischemia heart. Piperine and EA part had significant effect compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Rhodobryum roseum can improve the disorder of hemodynamics, which indicate that Rhodobryum roseum has obviously protective action on myocardial ischemia. EA part and piperine have better effect.
