Classical management is becoming more and more unsuitable to the rocketing development of Fiber Optic Network triggered by rapid enlargement in scale of Fiber Optic Transport Network.In order to improve the efficiency of management on Fiber Optic Network resource,According to those advatages,GIS-based Controlling Software of Fiber Optic Transport Network is designed and ralization after analyzing spatial distribution of Fiber Optic Network resource.
