Weighted Least Square Solution of Generalized Skew-Symmetric Matrices on the Linear Manifold

Using the singular value decomposition of a matrix and the generalized singular value decomposition(GSVD) of a matrix pair,the expressions of the weighted least squares solution of generalized skew-symmetric matrices on the linear manifold are derived.In addition,the expression of the optimal approximate for the matrices is provided.
