In view of the current college student loan work tedious work of the state,the information management needs to reduce the working personnel of the means to burden.Expounds the SaaS model,based on the construction of the SOA university student loans working platform,design methods and implementing techniques of the platform and the realization of key problems and key techniques are analyzed and discussed.The system platform the college student loans to realize the information management work,raise the student financial assistance management department of the work efficiency and the business level and standardized management level,effective economy of the use of user cost,and for the construction of the information resources sharing provides a cloud computing references.
