This paper discusses the development of a customer relationship management system using the Visual C++ visible development tool and SQL-Server 2000 as Data-base.Based on the MFC Windows programming and ADO Data-base access,a customer relationship management system is developed for Guangzhou Guobao Technology Ltd.The system can facilitate the service management of the company and provides reliable data for the company to develop a market strategy.
