Research on time synchronization in Ad Hoc networks

By analyzing 6 kinds of delay time which influences the performance of synchronism,several main time-synchronization pro-tocols for WSN are introduced and compared,and then a new time-synchronization protocol which based on delay-probing mechanism for Ad Hoc network is put forward.Through constructing specific structure and information form,the protocol can measures and elimi-nates all the delay time as a whole.Furthermore,because the delay-probing course is separated from the time-correcting course,the real-time requirement for information exchange can be lightened,it also help to reduce the conflicts and burdens of the network.It indicates by analyzing that DMC-TS protocol is simple to realize,but bearing a fine extending performance,in addition,it can offer better accuracy of synchronism because it has corrected all the delay time.
