Estimation and Test for Two Weibull Populations with Partially Missing Data

The present paper deals with the asymptotic properties estimation and likelihood ratio test for two Weibull Populations with partially missing data.The limit distributions of estimators and likelihood ratio test are given,the strong consistency of estimators is also proved.
