Hub location and allocation optimization of multiple allocation hub-and-spoke express networks

Hub location and allocation scheme determines the operation cost and service level of express network and is the basis of enterprise operation.Network characteristics of multiple allocation hub-andspoke network are analyzed,such as nodes,paths,connection relation of nodes,related cost of express network design and transport time budget.Hub location and allocation model of multiple allocation huband -spoke express networks is built with the objective of minimizing the total cost that includes sorting costs and transportation costs and transfer costs with transport time budget constraint.The simulated annealing algorithm based on the shortest path with conditions is developed to solve the problem.The model and effectiveness of the algorithm are clarified by computational experiments.
