Through analysising the influence of hospital organizational behaviours by information development on indi- viduality,group and framework,we investigated the relationship and interaction between hospital organizational be- haviours and the information development.To promote information development of hospital.We think that we must strengthen training to improve the individuality and group's technique,abide by inherent laws of behaviours to advance process designing,adjust Organizational structure suiting for the require of information development,intensify organiza- tional behaviours to set up a standard administrative mechanism,guided by organizational behaviours.
