Rice management system based on Ontology

Rice production system is a complex system,based on the relationship of crop,environment,and technique,a rice management knowledge model made the management knowledge be presented modally and digitally.Because of isomerous data,the model in existence had shortcomings as adaptability and reusing.Ontology can describe complex object's semantic structure,which supports sharing and reusing.In this paper,by representing,developing and integrating Ontology for rice,a management model based on Ontology will be developed,which can integrate the growth simulation,water and fertilizer strategy,and integrated pest management.
