The Analysis and Improvement of a Mutual Authentication and Key Agreement Protocol in Mobile Communication

With wider applications of mobile communication,its security should not be overlooked.The unadvanced computing power of mobile equipment makes a large number of complex cryptographic operations difficult.A hash function for authentication can effectively reduce the calculation of mobile equipment in communication.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the MAP protocol which can be used in mobile communications,this paper proposes a new mutual authentication and key agreement protocol,which has certain advantages in solving the problems of computational complexity and communication costs.The new agreement is proved to be safe under formalized analysis of the use of SVO logic.
