Research on Operational ControlModel Based on AHP

First of all,analyze the important factors that may affect the decision making in airlines operational control.In this paper,an Analytic Hierarchy Process is employed to build a related-factor model mainly influencing dispatchers' making decision in the operational control process of airlines.This process makes the complicated decision-making system hierarchic and analyzes the importance of all related factors by comprising their importance in a hierarchical way.Through an algorithmic example and data analysis,the operational control decision-making model of an assisting nature based on hierarchic analysis in this paper can provide quantitative basis for final decision making.
