Discussion on the Evaluation of Signal Processing Course

The essentiality of the evaluation in course of signal processing based on the relation between effectiveness and performance is analyzed,and the significant effect on the system effectiveness is expatiated on.Furthermore,taking signal processing system as example,several principles and a general pattern of the evaluation are given,lastly some factors and noticeable issues in application are presented.
