This paper presents a case against ADSP-BF561 dual cores DSP optimization of the MPEG-4 video coding algorithm.Experimental data indicates that the encoder performance optimization in a comprehensive upgrade.4CIF real-time coding have been realized on the platform based on ADSP-BF561 dual cores.
