Extraction of Instantaneous Frequencies and Their Statistic Features of Radar Signals

Aiming at the influence of the low signal noise ratio(SNR) on the classification effect of radar signals instantaneous frequency features,this paper firstly uses the improved algorithm of frequency measurement through phase to extract the instantaneous frequencies of radar signals;based on this,normalizes the extracted instantaneous frequencies,seperately analyzes the statistic features of the modulated signals instantaneous frequency further such as conventionality(CON),linear frequency modulation(LFM),binary phase-shift keying(BPSK) and quarternary phase-shift keying(QPSK),presents the classification feature vector.The simulation results show that the structured feature vector based on the statistic features has better separation property.
