Electric bike is a sort of new fashioned vehicle with environment protection,convenience and speediness character. At the same time,it makes some bad influence on traffic safety. So the developing scope of electric bike should be controlled in reason,and some measures should be taken to solve the problem of traffic safety brought by it,with leading the development of electric bike in right way.
