A Simple Current-Controlled Oscillator

A kind of simple current-controllled oscillator are designed,in which reference current sources are used to charge and diacharge capacitor.This oscillator is a part of BUCK converter.The rising time and the fall time approach very much,through control circuit under 3.3 V reference voltage,causes the wave approach to the triangle wave.
