Aiming at the feature of Daliuta area rubber dam project like short construction term and large constructional difficulties,the paper introduces constructional term arrangement and constructional intensity,analyzes key part and main affecting factors of the project,it also states relative measures and implement methods,so as to resolve the problems like constructional progress and operation in ditch.
