Solve the System of Linear Equations with Elementary Row and Column Transformation

This paper gives a new method to solve the system of linear equations with elementary row and column trans formation,and discuss two cases: 1.Coefficient matrixes are invertible;2.Cofficient matrixes are general m x n matrixes.This method is easy to operate and the conclusion is significant.
