People are widely paying attention and research to the deep influence and the dynamic action of information resources on economic development. Through probe into how to deeply exploiting and making use of information resources so as to realize the essential productive factors of information resources In the light of the present situation that the superiority of Chinese information resources is not brought into full play, this paper analyses the structure and features of information resources in the network times and puts forward some countermeasures about exploiting and utilizing information resources.
