Linguistic fuzziness is an essential attribute and one of intrinsic characteristics of natural language, which is featured by implicitness, circumbendibus, implication, flexibility. Defining the concept and characteristics of fuzzy semantics, the paper expounds the comprehension mechanism in linguistic fuzziness along with reviewing its application models on college English teaching, and eventually comes up with consideration in college English teaching.
