Design of data mining-based intrusion detection system

An approach is proposed to build an intrusion detection system based on data mining. The system with this technology is extensible, accuracy and adaptive. Some key technologies are discussed in the system, which include the data pre-pressing technology, data mining algorithm, rules library's establishment and update, intrusion detection technology.
