The efficacy observation of the treatment of atorvastatin combined benazepril for type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the efficacy of the treatment of atorvastatin combined benazepril for type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods Divided 106 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted to Meizhou City People's Hospital Cardiology Department randomly and average into control group and observation group,the control group was given simple atorvastatin for treatment,the observation group was given atorvastatin combined benazepril for treatment,compared the situation of two groups after 1 year treatment.Results The observed indicators of observation group were significantly better than control group,P 0.01.Conclusion The efficacy of combination therapy is significantly better than the simple application of atorvastatin,can be widely applied in clinical treatment.
