Mixed fuzzy nerve net model for fast evaluation on economic loss of flood

According to the characteristic of flood disaster and evaluation on flood loss,the flood loss in the representative drainage area was evaluated by using the mixed fuzzy nerve net model.At the same time,the mixed fuzzy nerve net model was compared with the model of evaluation on the loss in the BP net.Although the mixed fuzzy nerve net model was firstly applied to evaluate the economic loss of flood,the evaluating result showed that the model had a good effect on the convergence velocity and evaluating precision and provided new method and thought for the evaluation on economic loss of flood.
