On Prediction and Disposal of the Masses Event of Oilfield Enterprise

Masses event is an important issue that not only affects stability and development but also is to be resolved urgently to ensure comprehensive security management in our oilfield community.The mass event is characterized by severe impairment,bad impression which is hardly resolved for a long period.It happened because of not only the adjustment of interest distribution pattern resulted from setting up a socialist economic market system and reforming but also accumulative negative historic factors.Predicting and disposing the mass event is a systematic project,which should,under the united leadership of the oilfield party committee,set about improving the mechanism and intensifying education to expand information collection,react rapidly,deal with questions separately,act together so as to ensure the stability and harmony.
