The paper studies the semigroup of all one-to-one partial left translations on a special kind of inverse semigroup semigroup,and explores its inner construction.Moreover,the paper obtains the isomorphism θ from to the quotient semigroup(J(I)×IG)/ρ,which describs the construction of on Brandt semigroup S=B(G,I).
