Hierarchical control theory and power system automation

Based on the theoretical analysis of hierarchical control theory and power system automation, an inter-promoting relationship between them is pointed out, then the HSIC (Human-Simulating Intelligent Control) is introduced to the power system automation, and new method for its design is proposed.
