With the development of science and technology in information age,network technology have already been widely used.It makes accountants release from hard manual accounting and enhances data's timeliness、correctness and completeness.But at the same time,it brings much problems.With the information age coming,accounting by EDP brings a great diversity ofinfluences,and it affects target achievement.The paper choosing accounting works' typical aspects to discuss the influences and countermeasures.
