In test, launch and control of a kind of rocket, proceeding storage send out lots of routes time bunchs. In allusion to the signals, the methods for measures of pulse interval are discussed. Furthermore, this paper gives a minute description about how to develop pulse interval measurement about long measure system founding on universal counter module (HPE1420) of VXI test system. At last, the designing principle and realizing scheme are offered.
