Research and design of enterprise project management system based on CMMI level 3

To solve the problem that it is hard to apply professionals and unified environment of CMMI in the software development, a software development and management system is developed which can not only help enterprise software RD department implement software process but also fits CMMI model well.With the analysis of the KPAs of CMMI level 3 and the CMMI level 3 SPP, a revised KPAs of CMMI level 3 and the model frame of CMMI level 3 based enterprise project management systems is brought forward.
