A Group Optimal Solution to Group Decision-making Problems Based on αk-Major Rule

A kind of decision-making rule,for group decision making problems,known as αk-major rule,is given in this paper.And it is proved that the group optimal solution based on this rule satisfied some Arrow Axioms.The existence condition for the solution and some other properties are also presented.
