Development of MIS Based on b+c/S Mode

This paper introduces b+c/S mode comparing with the traditional development mode of MIS.In b+c/S mode,the core business logic operation is defined in procedures and triggers which are stored in database,the function of application code is calling the interfaces of core business logic which are supplied by database.
