User-oriented Data Structure and Data Access Technology

Data base is the foundation for realizing information processing technology.Constructing unified data input and output and designing data accessing interface unified style are the key to designing information processing software. In view of the reasons above, user-based data structure and data access technique are discussed in this paper and the adopted technical scheme of realizing information processing system is summarized as well.
