The role conflicts of the leaders in group emergencies occur more often than not.In the multi-ethnic border region,there are the role conflicts among leaders and the internal conflicts.There are various causes for such conflicts and a correct analysis will provide suitable solutions to group emergencies and help the leaders have some effective adjustment.
