Network Publication Copyright Infringement & Its Relief

Network publication should be protected by the copyright legal system,but at present,E-publication has become a major disaster area of copyright infringement.The E-publication's copyright has economical attribute,the economic conflict of interest has be existed between the E-publication actors,simultaneously the copyright law provide economic compensation for infringement,which have become the driven factors for infringement disputes.Therefore,we must adopt the corresponding relief and the protective measures to dodge the network publication copyright infringement question.These measures are as follows: to perfect legal laws and regulations,carry out the collective management,strengthen copyright protection technology,enlarge the propaganda and education,and create win-win cooperation model.
