In many hospifals the telemedicine system has been used for consultation of dictors with telephone line or ISDN,but the effects of consultation of dicfors are only mediocre.In order to improve the telemedicine,our hospital and telecome bureau have established Shandong provincial telemedicine system based on Shandong ATM public network,and have Spreated all counties of Shandong province.The system is integrated by teleconsultation of dictors,teleteching,telesurgery.
