A STUDY ON ULTRASONOGRAM OF BREASTS IN DIFFERT CONDITIONS

Objective To explore the characters of ultrasonic images in normal and abnormal breasts in various conditions.Methods The examination started from the border of breast gland structure,radially turns round with nipple as a center to show the characters of long and short axes of duct images.Results 40 percent ladies have breast lobular hyperplasia when their menstruation start.In the last stage of gestation period,breast enlarged with the thickness going 1.87 times more than normal;the ducts of breast as well as the blood vessels in and around turning more and wider;the fat turning thinner.The ultrasonic images of abnormal breast structure were divided into 5 groups :the duct hyperplasia group,the lobular hyperplasia group,the cystic group,the focal fibrosis group,the fiber adenoma alike hyperplasia group.Conclusion The method with scanning from breast border to nipple,radially turning round with nipple as a center,deasil and widdershins exploring the whole breast from 1to12 o'clock,was propitious to show the long axis of duct and classify the ultrasonic images of breast character and abnormal breast structure.
