Study on Project Evaluation of the Investment for Dalian Changxing Island based on Cloud Theory

Being fully considered of the resource and environment of Changxing Island, an approach and a set of evaluating indicators of synthetically evaluation in attracting project are presented. Based on Cloud Theory, the approach we proposed could effectively classify the projects , which are used for evaluating the projects soliciting business. A several projects in DALIAN SHIPYARD and DALIAN ELECTROMOTOR Group are used a studied cases. The result of practical study is very consistent to the operating projects in the area, which proves that this set of evaluation criteria and the evaluation approach are very useful and reasonable in practical experience.
