Zhu Xi-long, Hongjiu Liu · 2006
In order to effectively raise construction money, plan construction project and ensure oil and gas pipeline construction, main factors affecting the investment scale of oil and gas pipelines in China are analyzed. With GDP,the fixed asset investment value, total bank loan amount,GNP of communication and transportation industry and the income which can be dominated by city residents per year as the inputs, the BP NN prediction model based on LM algorithm is established, and the investment scale of China's oil and gas pipelines is predicted. The result shows that the model has overcome the limitations of multi-linear regression model and grey prediction model and has a good practicability and availability.
