A kind of stream-cipher encryption scheme based on Petri nets is presented in this paper. The principle of this scheme is using an unbounded Petri net with unique reachable vector to produce key-streams. The time complexity of this construction is a linear function of the length of plaintext. The key-streams is non-periodicity and has no large run length. This encryption scheme is one-time-pad as only as the same initial markings are not be used more than once whenever. Moreover, the key transmission is very convenient because the initial marking can be transmitted together with cipher-text every times.
