Security Problems and Countermeasures in Kindergartens, Elementary and Secondary Schools in China

The Chinese government has always been laying great stress on the s ecurity of kindergartens,elementary and secondary schools.Due to various reas ons,the working mechanism for security in kindergartens,elementary and seconda ry schools is incomplete and there still exist many problems in many aspects suc h as defining the supervising duty of the government,strengthening the self-man agement of different schools,formulating and drilling of schemes for emergencie s,etc.Instabilities and accident potentials can not be eliminated timely whi ch cause various criminal cases and public order accidents.Therefore,a long-t erm administration mechanism should be set up which incorporates legal,administ rative and social measures to conduct a comprehensive administration on campus t o create a prevention and control system for security on campus.
