Implementation of Read in Medical Sequential Image of DICOM

This article includes the essential of the read in medical sequential image of DICOM,also introduces the fundamental definition of the data elements of DICOM particularly.Discusses the details in read data emphatically.The code of DICOM file is in the form of HEX,which we use the file function of C++ language to read.Meanwhile,illustrates the flow chart of algorithm in implementation.We also explain the difficulty that the timing of the interval between frames in the replay of the sequential image accurately.
